who is known for their electrical safety

edition is the first in fourteen previous
issues to include a dedicated section on
electrical grounding. E&S Grounding
Solutions was selected, above all other
companies, by McGraw-Hill to write the
latest addition to the handbook; Chapter
24: Grounding Systems.
The Standard Handbook for Electrical Engineers
has been serving the electrical engineering
field for a century now, and is the one
of the most successful and well known books
in its field. Brimming with solutions
to day-to-day problems, this unmatched
resource has been a required reference
for both student and professional alike.
“McGraw-Hill has recognized that
electrical grounding is one of the most
important issues facing the modern engineer”,
said Michael Esparza, President of E&S
Grounding Solutions. “We are
both pleased and honored to have been asked
to write such an important and historic
document. People are still collecting
and trading the previous editions of this
book. It’s humbling to know
that 100 years from now, our work will
be part of a highly prized collectable.”
The new Grounding Systems chapter has
18 highly acclaimed illustrations drawn
by Gil Juarez of RevDesign. “One
of the biggest compliments we have received
has been in regards to the illustrations
and drawings”, said Esparza. “The
editor was blown away by the graphics.
They have really enhanced the ability of
the reader to understand this complex material,
which is often the first time the engineer
has ever seen it.”
The 15th Edition of the Standard Handbook
for Electrical Engineers is available online
and in university book stores across the
country. McGraw-Hill reports brisk
sales with an estimated 7000 copies in print. |
